What if my seeds don't sprout?

You're covered by our Guaranteed Sprout promise -- email us and we'll send a free replacement pack, no forms or proof required.

I'm a total beginner. Will I be able to do this?

That's exactly who we built this for. Every seed pack links to a short video and a one-page guide with no assumed knowledge. If you've never grown anything before, you're our target member, not an exception.

Can I skip a month or pause my membership?

Yes -- pause anytime from your account, and pick back up whenever you're ready. Your member number stays yours.

How does the zone-matching actually work?

We use your ZIP code to place you in one of several regional shipping groups and time your box contents to your area's planting calendar. See our Grow Guides for more on why this matters.

Do you ship outside the US?

Not currently -- we ship to US addresses only at this time, due to international seed import restrictions.

How do I cancel?

Cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us -- there's no minimum commitment on the monthly tiers.

Is this a big company?
